Ingredients
  • 2cloves crushed garlic
  • 1tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4cup Worcestershire
  • 500grams abalonefresh raw
  • 4cups mixed lettuce
  • 1punnet cherry tomatoshalved
  • 1small cucumbersliced
  • 1 red onionsmall
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat a frypan to medium/hot head and add Worcestershire sauce, garlic and lemon pepper.
  2. Add abalone and fry for two minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Add salad ingredients to a bowl and add combined balsamic vinegar and olive oil and toss to combine.
