Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c
Place chopped roast chicken, enchilada sauce, corn, capsicum and jalapenos in mixing bowl, stir until combined.
Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Top with cubed avocado and fresh spring onions.
Serve with cut up toasted wraps and enjoy.
