Ingredients
  • 2heaped tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothie
  • 1cup & 1/2reduced-fat milk of choice(light milk)
  • 1tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1handful Spinach leaves
  • 1tbsp parsley
Instructions
  1. Place Smoothie mix and all other ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.
