Ingredients

rolled oats

buckwheat

pepitas
1
tbsp
coconut flour
1
tbsp
honey

almond milk

tbsp
coconut oil
melted

pitted dates
Instructions
Thermomix
Place dates and coconut oil in Thermomix with 60 ml water
Time 2:30 min – Temp Varoma – Speed 5
Once finished blitz speed 6 for 5 seconds until paste forms
Transfer into mixing bowl and mix with remaining ingredients until combined (or can do this in Thermomix on reverse speed 4 – 5 sec)
Press into silicon mounds (a mini muffin tray is ideal)
Bake in pre-heated 180C oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden
Remove from silicon moulds while warm
Allow to cool before storing in air tight container
Food Processor
Soak dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes until soft
Drain dates well, and then blitz dates, coconut oil & honey in food processor until paste forms
Transfer into bowl and mix with remaining ingredients until combined
Press into silicon mounds (a mini muffin tray works well)
Bake in pre-heated 180C oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden
Remove from silicon moulds while warm
Allow to cool before storing in air tight container
