No Bake Honeycomb and Sesame Slice

Ingredients
  • 1scoop Healthy Mummy Honeycomb Smoothie Mix
  • 1/2cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 tbsp sesame seedsplus a tiny bit extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4cup peanut butter
Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe dish heat up honey, tahini, peanut butter and coconut oil together and mix until combined.
  2. Add in the smoothie mix, sesame seeds and oat bran and mix together
  3. Place in a tray that has been lined with baking paper and press down with wet hands if needed. Sprinkle the top with the remaining sesame seeds and place in the freezer for around 2 hours
  4. Cut into 25 pieces to serve straight from the freezer
