Ingredients
  • 2/3cup coconut flour
  • 2tbsp shredded coconutplus extra to decorate
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 2tbsp peanut butter
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Combine coconut flour and coconut then set aside.
  3. Combine coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla and honey and mix until well combined.
  4. Add both mixtures together and mix until they are well combined.
  5. Press into pan, sprinkle with extra coconut, and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  6. Cut into 10 pieces and place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
