Ingredients
  • 1tbsp chilled coconut cream 20g
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana 90g
  • 1tsp cacao/cocoa powder 4g
  • 2tbsp Plant Based Chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie powder 25g
  • 1tbsp shredded coconut 10g
Instructions
  1. Whip the chilled coconut cream with a hand mixer until thick and creamy.
  2. Add the coconut water, frozen banana, cacao/cocoa and Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass.
  3. Top smoothie with whipped coconut cream and shredded coconut to serve.
