Ingredients

rolled oats

puffed rice

sultanas
1/3
cup
honey
1/3
cup
peanut butter

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Line a loaf pan or similar with baking paper and set aside.
Mix oats, puffed rice and sultanas in a bowl.
Over a low heat, soften honey, peanut butter and vanilla.
Combine both mixtures and mix well.
Press VERY FIRMLY into a lined tray.
Pop in the freezer to set.
Once set, cut into 12 pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
Best kept stored in freezer.
