Ingredients
  • 450g porkdiced
  • 1cup orange juice
  • 2tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 3tablespoons honey
  • 1teaspoon Cornflour
  • 1 sweet potatolarge
  • 2cups broccoli
Instructions
  1. Mix the cornflour with a small amount of water to make a runny paste.
  2. In a bowl mix together the orange juice, mustard seeds, honey and cornflour paste and set aside.
  3. Peel and dice the sweet potato and steam in the microwave until cooked and then mash with a fork.
  4. Steam the broccoli on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  5. In a non-stick frypan on a medium heat brown the pork for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour the orange sauce over the pork.
  7. Turn down the heat to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened, stirring as needed.
  8. Divide orange pork, sweet potato and broccoli between the plates to serve.
