Ingredients
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 2tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2tbsp dark choc chips
  • 1/3cup peanut butter
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 3tsp water
Instructions
  1. Line a loaf pan or small square pan and set aside.
  2. Combine oats, coconut and choc chips and set aside.
  3. Mix together peanut butter, rice malt syrup, coconut oil and water.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir until it all comes together.
  5. Press into a loaf pan or similar.
  6. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  7. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
