Ingredients
  • 1/3cup peanut butter
  • 1/3cup rice malt syrupor honey
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1cup oats
  • 2tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Mix peanut butter, rice malt syrup and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Fold the oats and coconut through.
  3. Press into 12 silicon moulds and place in the fridge to set.
  4. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
