Instructions
Mix together the butter, egg, vanilla, peanut butter and sugar.
In another bowl mix flour and Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
Add dry mixture to wet mixture
Roll into balls, lay on baking tray, then flatten with a fork
Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown
