Ingredients

couscous

broccoli
cut into bite size pieces

Spanish chorizo
diced

garlic

capsicum
sliced

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Cook couscous per packet instructions.
Heat fry pan on medium heat add ½ tbsp olive oil and sauté capsicum and garlic for 4 minutes.
Add chorizo to pan and sauté until browned.
Steam broccoli.
Mix all cooked ingredients together in bowl drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy.
Store in air tight container in fridge for up to days.
