Ingredients
  • 1/3cup corn flour
  • 1cup almond meal
  • ½cup pure maple syrup
  • ½cup melted coconut or olive oil
  • ½tsp baking powder
  • 2tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Dry whisk flour, almond meal, baking powder and cacao.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until very well combined.
  4. Spoon evenly into patty cases on a baking tray.
  5. Bake approximately 18 minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool.
  6. Enjoy plain or add your favorite healthy frosting.
