  • 1/4cup brown riceuncooked
  • 90grams tinned tunain water
  • 1/4 Lebanese cucumberchopped
  • 1/4 avocadochopped
  • 1slice sushi seaweed
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Prepare the rice according to packet directions.
  2. Drain tuna and slice seaweed.
  3. Top prepared rice with tuna, cucumber, avocado and seaweed pieces.
  4. Drizzle over lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
