Ingredients
  • 1.5cups wholemeal self raising flour
  • 2tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4cup dark choc chips
  • 10 dried datesfinely chopped
  • 1tsp salt
  • 3tbsp wateryou may not need it all
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line two trays with baking paper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together adding a little water if needed to help bind it all together.
  3. Make 24 small balls and place them on the trays.
  4. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on top of each.
  5. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden.
  6. Cool on a wire rack and then store in an airtight container.
