Ingredients
  • ½cup rolled oats
  • 1tbsp cacao
  • 1tbsp chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mixcan opt for vanilla or can leave out
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrupif substituting for honey use only 1tbsp
  • 1tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3tbsp pretzels
  • ¼cup pretzelsprocessed in a food processor to a fine crumb for rolling
Instructions
  1. Combine everything (except the pretzel crumb) in a food processor
  2. Blend until well combined, adding a tablespoon of water if needed to combine
  3. Take a heaped teaspoon and roll into balls, then roll balls into the pretzel crumb
