3/4cupdates (best if soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes then drained

1tbspdried cranberries
1/2tspcinnamon
1/2tspginger
1tbspcoconut oilliquified
Instructions
Lightly blitz cashews, pepitas and buckwheat and set aside.
Blitz soaked dates
Add nut mixture to date mixture and all remaining ingredients then blitz until combined.
The mixture will be quite sticky so i suggest popping it in the freezer for about 10 minutes prior to rolling into balls or pressing into small silicon moulds.
Once rolled or pressed into moulds, pop in fridge or freezer to set.
