Ingredients

cup
raw cashews
1/2
cup
pitted dates

tbsp
rolled oats
1
tbsp
pure maple syrup
1
tbsp
cacao
can use cocoa
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Quickly blitz cashews so they are chopped but still chunky.
Add remaining ingredients to cashews and blitz quickly until just combined.
Form into bite size balls, flatten, and place on a plate in the fridge to set.
Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
