Ingredients
  • 1/2cup raw cashews
  • 1/2cup pitted dates
  • 2tbsp rolled oats
  • 1tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1tbsp cacaocan use cocoa
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Quickly blitz cashews so they are chopped but still chunky.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to cashews and blitz quickly until just combined.
  4. Form into bite size balls, flatten, and place on a plate in the fridge to set.
  5. Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
