Ingredients

sultanas
1/3
cup
peanut butter

vanilla extract

tbsp
rice malt syrup
or honey

tbsp
water

rolled oats

cinnamon
Instructions
Line a loaf pan or similar with baking paper and set aside.
Blitz sultanas until they have broken down and are sticky.
Add peanut butter, vanilla, rice malt syrup and water and blitz to combine.
Add oats and cinnamon and blitz until all ingredients are well combined.
Press evenly into prepared pan and place in the fridge/freezer to set.
Once set cut into 10 pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
