Instructions
Thinly slice beef and heat a wok or fry pan over high heat.
Lightly spray with cooking oil spray and add beef to brown.
Add dried herbs and toss to combine.
Add onion, carrot, cabbage, red capsicum and bean sprouts and stir to combine.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry for a minute or two until onion is tender and beef is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
