Ingredients
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2tbsp Choc Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1tbsp oats
  • 1tbsp cacao
  • 1 can of full fat coconut creamthat has been refrigerated over night
Instructions
  1. Take everything except the coconut cream and blend all together for an iced chocolate smoothie
  2. Take the refrigerated coconut cream, scoop out the thick cream part and whip in a blender/processor whip until thick and fluffy.
  3. Spoon 3 tbsp of coconut cream on top of the smoothie iced chocolate
