Ingredients
  • 1/2cup tahini
  • 3tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2cup oats
  • 1tablespoon cacao
Instructions
  1. Combine tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and mix until combined.
  2. Add coconut, oats and cacao and mix until well combined.
  3. Press a thin layer of mixture into the base of muffin moulds or shape into rounds and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Pop in fridge or freezer to set.
  5. Keep stored in fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
