  • 1scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mixany flavour
  • 1/2cup ice
  • 1cup baby spinach
  • 2slices frozen zucchini
  • 20 raspberriesfrozen
  • 1/2 bananafrozen
  • 2tsp honey
  • 2tsp peanut butter
  • 1tsp almond meal
  • 1tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1cup full cream milk
  • 1tbsp raw cacao
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, and blitz for 2 minutes.
