Ingredients
  • 1tbsp HM Chocolate smoothie powder12.5g
  • 1tsp cacao/cocoa4g
  • 1cup reduced fat milk250ml
  • ¼tsp vanilla extract1.25ml
  • 1tsp honey5ml
  • 1/8tsp cinnamon0.125g
Instructions
  1. Add Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix and cacao/cocoa to a saucepan with the milk. Stir over a low heat until warmed through.
  2. Stir in vanilla and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
