Instructions
Bliss ball base
Blitz up in a food processor until all ingredients are smooth & blended.
In a slice/cake tin, place baking paper down, spoon in mixture. Using some baking paper press down firmly to spread out the mixture. Place aside.
Peanut bubble crunch
Melt together for 1 minute & stir, then repeat for another minute until all mixture is combined.
Pour over the bliss ball mixture and spread evenly.
Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds then stir and repeat.
Pour over the peanut bubble crunch and place in fridge to set for 15-20 minutes.
Cut into portions.
Top with a few strawberries, pour yourself a tea and ENJOY!
