Ingredients
Bliss ball base
  • 2scoops Healthy Mummy Chocolate Smoothie Mix
  • 2scoops organic cacao powder
  • 1tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 1tbsp buckwheat
  • 3cups sultanas
  • 1tbsp hazelnut coco2
  • 1tbsp peanut butter
Peanut Bubble Crunch
  • 2tbsp peanut butter
  • 1tsp organic coconut oil
  • 1 1/2cups rice bubbles
Instructions
Bliss ball base
  1. Blitz up in a food processor until all ingredients are smooth & blended.
  2. In a slice/cake tin, place baking paper down, spoon in mixture. Using some baking paper press down firmly to spread out the mixture. Place aside.
Peanut bubble crunch
  1. Melt together for 1 minute & stir, then repeat for another minute until all mixture is combined.
  2. Pour over the bliss ball mixture and spread evenly.
  3. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  4. 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
  5. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds then stir and repeat.
  6. Pour over the peanut bubble crunch and place in fridge to set for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Cut into portions.
  8. Top with a few strawberries, pour yourself a tea and ENJOY!
