Ingredients
  • 80grams wholemeal spaghetticooked and cooled
  • 1tsp fresh parsleyroughly cooked
  • 1/3cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2tbsp wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 1tsp plain wholemeal flour
  • 1/2clove garliccrushed
  • 1 free range egglightly beaten
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat a small frying pan over medium- high heat, lightly spray with cooking oil.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture into 6 small circles, you may need to cook 3 bites at a time.
  4. Allow to cook on one side until the bites start to brown, it should only take 1-2 minutes. Flip bite over, cook until light browned and cooked through.
  5. Two Bites is one serve. Savoury Spaghetti bites can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
