Ingredients
  • 1/2cup pitted dates
  • 1/4cup pecans
  • 1/4cup almonds
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
Instructions
  1. Place dates in boiling water and soak for 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blitz pecans and almonds for a few seconds then add dates and ginger.
  3. Blitz until combined. Don’t over blitz here, leave some texture.
  4. Roll into 8 balls and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  5. Can be store in the freezer/fridge depending on how firm you like them to be.
