Ingredients
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 100g dates
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 1/4tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2tbsp coconut oil
  • 25g 70% dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Soak dates in the boiling water for 5-10 min
  2. Blitz dates and water in a food processor until a paste forms
  3. Add salt and oats, then blitz again until combined
  4. Roll the mixture into 15 balls
  5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth
  6. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place in a container lined with baking paper.
  7. Allow balls to set in the fridge for 1 hour before devouring
