Using your preferred method, steam the apples until they become soft.
Set aside to cool.
Optional step: Over medium heat, dry roast the oats until they start to turn golden. Be sure to keep stirring to prevent them from burning. Set aside to cool.
Blitz the sultanas, peanut butter and steamed apple until well combined then add the oats, cinnamon and chia seeds and blitz again until combined.
Roll into 12 balls and place in the fridge to set.
Best stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
