Ingredients
  • 3/4cup pitted dates
  • 3/4cup boiling water
  • 2cups rolled oats
  • 50g dark chocolateroughly chopped
  • 2scoops Healthy Mummy chocolate or vanilla whey protein or 1 scoop HM smoothie powder
Instructions
  1. Soak dates in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Place dates including water into food processor add oats, protein and blitz for 10 seconds until combined.
  3. Scrape down sides and add chopped chocolate, blitz on low for a few seconds until combined.
  4. Transfer mixture into bowl and place in fridge for 30 minutes to firm.
  5. Roll into 20 balls.
  6. Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 7 days.
