Ingredients
  • 1/2cup natural peanut butter100% nuts
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 8 pitted medjool datesor 65g pitted dried dates soaked in boiling water to soften
  • 1tablespoon maple syrupor liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/4cup unsweetened almond milkor milk of choice
  • 1/2teaspoon baking powder
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 peanut halvesto decorate, optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160C.
  2. Blitz peanut butter, oats, dates and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Add milk, baking powder and vanilla extract and blitz until combined.
  4. Press into silicon moulds or place tablespoons of the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Place half a peanut on top of each cookie to decorate (optional).
  6. Place in the oven to cook for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool on a wire rack then store in the fridge or pantry cupboard.
