maple syrup

vanilla extract

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Blitz oats, pepitas and salt until slightly broken down.
Add maple syrup and vanilla and blitz until mixture breaks downs further and starts to sticks together.
Add chocolate chips and blitz again but only for a few seconds.
Roll mixture into 8 balls and place in the fridge to firm up.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
