Ingredients
  • 1cup quick oats or traditional oats100 grams
  • 1/2cup dried apricots chopped80 grams
  • 1/2cup dried apples chopped50 grams
  • 1/2cup dried pear chopped50 grams
  • 1/2cup dried cranberries chopped60 grams
  • 1/2cup walnuts chopped60 grams
  • 1/2cup almonds chopped60 grams
  • 1/4cup coconut oil60 ml
  • 1/4cup maple syrup62.5 ml
  • 2tbsp chia seeds30 grams
  • 1tsp cinnamon1 gram
  • 1tsp nutmeg1 gram
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until blended
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop blended mixture out of blender or food processor and roll them into balls
  3. Pop into fridge or freezer to set
