Ingredients
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1tsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Coffee smoothie mix
  • 1/2tsp instant coffee
  • 1tbsp Coco2 original spread
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Italian sponge biscuitoptional
  • 5cubes ice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except for half of the Coco2, the cacao and Italian sponge biscuit) together on high until well combined and frothy.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass or jar, drizzle over remaining Coco2, sprinkle over cacao powder and top with Italian sponge biscuit (if using).
