Ingredients

cups
raw cashews

tbsp
coconut oil
melted
1
tbsp
100% pure maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Soak cashews in cold water for at least 5 hours then drain well.
Blitz all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape the sides down then continue to blitz a few times.
Spoon into mini silicone moulds and place in the fridge/freezer to set.
Can be kept stored in the fridge or freezer.
