Ingredients
  • 125grams dried figs
  • 50grams dried dates
  • 25grams cashews
  • 2tbsp oats
  • 2tbsp maple syrup
  • 2tbsp water
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 30grams cacao nibs
  • 25grams LSA
Instructions
  1. Blend figs, dates, cashews, oats, maple syrup, water and vanilla in a food processor until well combined.
  2. Place mixture into a bowl and stir through the cacao nibs.
  3. Divide into 8 balls, and roll in the LSA to coat.
  4. Chill and serve.
