Ingredients

dark chocolate
choose either 70% or 85% cocoa

coconut oil

dried cranberries
1/2
cup
desiccated coconut
plus extra for sprinkling
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in a glass bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
Mix in the cranberries and coconut.
Pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, or you can use ice cube trays if you want it to be more solid.
Spread out evenly and sprinkle coconut on top.
Place in fridge to set and break into 10 pieces when ready to serve.
