Ingredients
  • 2cups traditional rolled oatsnot quick oats
  • 1cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1cup wholemeal flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup runny honey
  • 2tbsp tahini
  • Cooking spray to grease tin
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Lightly grease a slice pan with cooking spray
  3. Line pan with non-stick baking paper
  4. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well
  5. Add the melted butter, tahini and honey and stir well to combine (you can heat these ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat to make them softer and easier to stir)
  6. Press mixture into the prepared slice pan using a spoon to flatten and smooth 
  7. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Remove, allow to cool and slice into squares
