  • 2tsp coconut oil
  • 2tbsp tahini
  • 1tbsp 100% peanuts peanut butter
  • 1tbsp Choc Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1tbsp almond meal
  • 10 medijool datespitted
  • 1tbsp cocao
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp mixed spice
  • 1/4-1/2tsp Himalayan salt or rock salt or both
  • 1/4cup shredded coconutto roll balls in
Instructions
  1. Method
  2. Pop all ingredients into a food processor until well combined
  3. Roll mixture into around 18 balls
  4. Roll in coconut and more salt if you need to
  5. Best kept in the fridge or freezer.
