Ingredients
  • 1/2cup mashed pearapprox. 2 small pears
  • 1/2cup peanut butter
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoon water
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1/4cup pepitas
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine pear, peanut butter, honey, water and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold through oats and pepitas
  4. Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until golden.
  5. Allow to cool completely on tray then store in an airtight container.
