Ingredients
  • 2cups wholemeal flour (plain)
  • 1/2cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 1cup milk of choice
  • 1/2cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 2tbsp cacao powdercan substitute for extra cocoa
  • 1tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/2cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2cup water
  • 1cup rice puffs
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the rice puffs in bowl
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Fold through rice puffs
  4. Pour mix into baking tray and bake in pre heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool in the tray before slicing into 12 pieces.
  6. Store in the fridge.
