unsalted macadamia nuts

unsalted cashews

desiccated coconut
plus 1for rolling

Instructions
Blitz ingredients all together (except the extra coconut), until they break down and stick together.
Roll into balls, roll in coconut and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
