Ingredients
  • 1/4cup unsalted macadamia nuts
  • 1/4cup unsalted cashews
  • 3tbsp desiccated coconutplus 1for rolling
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Blitz ingredients all together (except the extra coconut), until they break down and stick together.
  2. Roll into balls, roll in coconut and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  3. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
