Ingredients
  • 1cup pitted datessoaked in boiling water for 15 minutes and drained
  • 1/3cup unsalted almonds
  • ¼cup pepitas
  • ½cup rolled oats
  • 1tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½cup coconutdesiccated or shredded
Instructions
  1. Give the dates a quick blitz then add all remaining ingredients and blitz again until well combined.
  2. Roll into balls and pop in the freezer to set.
  3. Eat straight from the freezer and enjoy.
  4. Keep stored in the freezer.
