Ingredients
Slice
  • 4 weetbix
  • 1cup wholemeal flour
  • 1cup coconut sugar
  • 1cup almond meal
  • 10 Majool dates
  • 1tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2cup coconut oil
Marble topping
  • 1/2block white baking chocolatemelted
  • 1/2block dark or milk chocolatemelted
Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°.
  3. Melt half a block of white baking chocolate and half a block of dark or milk chocolate to pour over the slice and swirl to make the marble look.
  4. Allow it to set in the fridge for one hour.
