  • 250mL reduced-fat milk of choice
  • 1serve Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie mix
  • 1/8single avocado
  • 1/2cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1tbsp rolled oats
  • 1tsp cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

It is a low glycaemic release of energy due to its reduced fat milk, oats and good fats contained in the avocado- allowing you to feel fuller for longer.
