Ingredients
  • 3/4cup datessoaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 1cup oats
  • 1/3cup almond meal
  • 1scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mixraspberry ripple flavour
  • 2tbsp coconut oil
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp cacao
Instructions
  1. Blitz dry ingredients first until oats are broken down and it’s all well combined.
  2. Add the drained dates, coconut oil and vanilla extract and blitz again until all combined. Add a little water, if needed, to bring the mixture together.
  3. Roll into 15 balls and place in the fridge to chill.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
