Ingredients
  • 1/2cup peanut butter
  • 2.5tbsp coconut oil
  • 2.5tbsp rice malt syrup/ or honey
  • 1/2cup diced strawberries
Instructions
  1. Blitz the strawberries in a food processor and set aside.
  2. Over low heat, combine peanut butter and coconut oil.
  3. Stir in the rice malt syrup and strawberries, and mix well to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into 5 mini silicone moulds and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
